FAQ

Common questions.

What is Reference Board for?

Reference Board is for collecting visual material while ideas are still taking shape: images, videos, notes, quotes, screenshots, and sketches can live together on a private canvas across Apple devices.

Which platforms does Reference Board support?

Reference Board is available for iPhone, iPad, and Mac through the App Store.

Is Reference Board a subscription?

Reference Board is sold through the App Store as a one-time purchase. The App Store shows the current price for your region.

How does sync work?

Reference Board is built for Apple devices. When syncing is available through iCloud, it is handled through Apple's infrastructure and your Apple account.

Who handles payments and refunds?

Apple handles App Store purchases, payment processing, receipts, and refund requests. For billing issues, start with your Apple account purchase history or App Store support.

Can I ask for a review copy or press material?

Yes. For review copies, screenshots, product facts, or sponsorship material, email hello@referenceboard.app or use the press kit page.

Where should bug reports and feature requests go?

Send them to support@referenceboard.app. Specific examples are the most useful, especially if you can include the device, OS version, and what you were doing when the issue appeared.
